Welcome to my first Fitness post of the new year 2016. While I have documented my fitness highs and lows on instagram I thought to expand my platform to my blog this year. I’ll be posting different tips, tricks, and ideas I am going through this year-and I promise it won’t be a bunch of overly expensive- non-sensical schemes that aren’t budget friendly or practical.
